medi@terra2001/pilot operatingNet/ invitation for network projects to a virtual<-> real temporary network between internet-remote people and the 5 real nodes organizers of the "medi@terra/2001" moving festival: Lavrio(Athens), Sofia, Belgrade, Maribor, Frankfurt ================================================== invitation for network projects Deadlines : 25 July: last day for projects` draft propositions 1 July - 30 October: open discussion on projects' modalities for their virtual <->real relations ================================================== see more at www.mediaterra.org link = [pilot operatingNet] short description: The "pilot operatingNet/" is an open-source operating-environment project for the internet communication of the real nodes of the medi@terra/2001 festival: Athens > Sofia > Belgrade > Maribor > Frankfurt : 14 Sept. - 15 Oct. 2001. The "pilot operatingNet/" will be the communication link with these real nodes and the 4000 km route points, and will connect remote internet participants to these multi - nodal events. The internet participants are invited to project "virtual<->real" networked events in relation with the real route points and nodes.
