			efficient Electrical Infrastructure by
			2100 common era.


	benefits:	- reverse pollution
			- limit power outages
			- increase security


	method:		public and private investment in
			multidisciplinary research & development
			to strategically redesign electrical power,
			media, and technology infrastructures to
			serve both our economic and social values.
