Well, broadcast media was never about information but about 
manipulation. That's why we have Internet. I never watch any 
network TV (even CNN and BBC) without a sarcastic reserve. I am 
trained well by years of watching TV news in former Yugoslavia 
(muting the tone and playing punk music loudly over it).

Yes, but... a frend of a friend was THERE in Palestine when
our media was filming that (believe it or not) and says it
was totally unrelated. It was a party of sorts for something
completely different.  I'll try to find that and pass it along...
Sorry I don't have it now. So, maybe don't jump to conclusions.
