Thomas Frank is the author of One Market Under God (Doubleday, 2000) and The Conquest of Cool (Univ. of Chicago, 1997). He is the editor of The Baffler, a journal of cultural criticism based in Chicago. Frank received a Ph.D. in history from the University of Chicago. Ty Montague is co-creative director at Wieden + Kennedy in New York. In his 15-year career, he has created campaigns for national clients such as Reebok, Mercedes Benz, Coca-Cola, Volvo, Everlast, MTV and others.
