[Nettime-bold] usdept-arttech.net -- Strange Disclaimer

Just got a look at the new website for the US Department of Art and
Technology (www.usdept-arttech.net).  Take a look at the disclaimer at the
bottom, and it looks very strange:

Am I nuts, or is that totally contradictory?
