Well, there will be discussions about gnutella etc, other "filesharing systems", more techtalk, how to share files with strangers. But when we think about sharing files with friends, this would be a completely different battlefield. Basically, sharing files with friends was and is ok. Call it whatever you want, "fair use" or whatever. But what is a "friend" today ? Are maillists like the Miles Davis list sufficiant narrow, must there be some additional link between people ? This is IMHO where the fun begins.
