<nettime> Rome etc, We are preparing war |
http://www.uni-bonn.de/~uzs106/ Yesterday, I printed (http://uni-bonn.de/~uzs106/netzteil.jpg, why Laserwriters II g break, and http://intra.b.lab.net/~uzs106/lw.gif) the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, 63 pages, frictions, netatalk, to find the question on page 10 in Article 12 ("Preconditions of the exercise of jurisdiction"), 2 (a): "The State on the territory of which the conduct in question occurred or, if the crime was commited on board a vessel or aircraft, the State of registration of that vessel or aircraft". The "territory of which" and "vessel or aircraft", spanish and british, even with american pilots, anyway. That neither the US nor Iraq have signed the treaty, thats what people say, says nothing. It was very clever of turkey not to allow what it now has decided not to decide. Whatever the rest. Well, maybe there is another language in another language and the Court is new. And there are freedom fries in Belgium. Lets go disco again. Gutes Geld schlechtem hinterherwerfen, low life, Bush used to go bancrupt, when he acted alone. Bad friends. Did anybody knew that the Bushs were friend with the Hickleys? Those bancrupts. Ronald Mc Donald.
