Re: <nettime> the right to create

How should we revisit it?  given the recent microsoft drm announcement, 
and the current ipr law related to work for hire, most people in the 
u.s. own so little in comparison to the rest of the world, and soon 
that might become technologically enforced...  what can be done to make 
the fifth age an age of renewal maybe?
