The successful applicant should be adept at managing a wide range of clients and tasks, and have good team skills. Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a facet of knowledge/information management are highly desirable. A demonstrated ability to make sound judgements and exercise discretion in relation to time-sensitive critical issues. 3. Well developed ability to interact, liaise and negotiate as part of a small team, and with a wide client-base. 4. Well developed written and oral communication skills. 5. Ability to plan, manage and refine workloads, and undertake self-direction. 6. Sound knowledge of open source research resources, technologies and knowledge management principles.
