<nettime> Microrevolutions: Occupy 2nd Anniversary (featured @ Killing the Buddha) |
Hey all! This is a piece Atchu, one of the founders and most active voices of Occupy Wall Street, wrote celebrating the 2nd anniversary of the movement. It discusses, in a irreverent way, how OWS became ossified by dogmas and absolutes and the need to break these patterns and think outside of the box of "Occupy". Atchu introduces the concept for the movement of Postoccupy and the need for Microrevolutions. The piece was featured on KillingTheBuddha and hopefully it will be shared in this space. http://killingthebuddha.com/ktblog/occupy-from-the-grave/ Fire and love, Ale Sent from my subjectivity # distributed via <nettime>: no commercial use without permission # <nettime> is a moderated mailing list for net criticism, # collaborative text filtering and cultural politics of the nets # more info: http://mx.kein.org/mailman/listinfo/nettime-l # archive: http://www.nettime.org contact: [email protected]
