The story of America, in a way that is different from Europe, is all about race. Everything, from the founding of the country to the present day, is a racial narrative. Every single thing that is written about any subject, which does not have a racial analysis, is flawed. This is particularly true with mainstream writing. At a certain point, you realize that this is unlikely to change soon, so you seek a deeper analysis elsewhere.
