Armenia is one of the few remaining countries in the entire world that not
only doesn't have a US extradition treaty, but is actively hostile to the
development of one. Coupling it under some facetious "American Empire"
label because you are either unwilling or incapable of cross-referencing
which particular international countries Vice Media has regional licensing
deals in is facetious to the point of extreme offense.
