Due to a severe lack of financial resources the continuation of the project is currently on hold.

When - according to the indetermined, erratic will of the Gods of Economics - prosperious times will arrive I am more than happy to continue the project and publish and by other means make public the remaining submissions. Until these happy days arrive the publication will be very, very sporadic and irregular
