I am writing to ask for your help in a project.  I am currently writing a
book entitled "Envisioning Cyberspace". It is about the creation of
autonomous, palpable spaces within electronic media environments. It will
be a heavily illustrated book presenting work done by innovators in this
emerging field.

Although I am an architect by profession, the book is *not* limited to
architecture or planning.  I hope to include work done in various fields
to emphasize the convergence of disciplines in creating electronic space.
These fields would include theater, design, dance, media/performance arts
as well as computer science, entertainment and gaming industries.  The
emphasis is on the design of cyberspace as a non-physical yet
visual/sensual space.  It is about our embodiment and engagement with this
space.

Should you be interested in contributing, let me know.  Or, if you know of
anyone whose work fits this description, please give me their names and
email address.  One or two names would be great. More would be terrific.
Please pass this request on to anyone you think could help.  I want this
project to be comprehensive and to support this emerging field.  Your help
is greatly appreciated.
