Dear Syndicalists,

this came through the who-by-fire mailing list:

For 1998 KulturKontakt Austria offers 3-month scholarships to photographers
from Eastern Europe. KulturKontakt will bear the living expenses as well as
the costs for an apartment, a dark room, health insurance and material.
This offer is open to photographers under the age of 40.
