hi syndicate,

you might have heard of the cultural competence conference, actually,
andreas broekmann and lisa haskel are present to present syndicate as
a model of 'best practice'.

i have the pleasure to be the text machine for the live web cast, i.e.
hacking in real-time progress...

i would be very interested in feedback concerning the issues at stake,
concerning the reality of policy to practice, concerning the representative
nature of this list of attendance, concernig imaginary possibilities
for sensible fundin policies.

if there is anyody out there who believes that decision making processes
within democracy will actually rely on conferences like this:
STAND UP AND SPEAK UP!!!

there is (still) no adminsitrative production of meaning...
but here we are, in linz, working on the meaningful administration
