Mike Stubbs, the current director of Hull Time Based Arts, is taking up a 
research post at Dundee University in the new year and we now seek 
another innovator to lead HTBA into the next millennium.

Entering a new period of growth with new funding from the European 
Regional Development Fund and CityVision, has enabled Hull Time Based 
Arts to develop Timebase Cultural Industries - providing access to 
production facilities, marketing and business development advice, plus 
mentoring. 

HTBA has; 'TimeBase', a new home on the river - complete with new  AVID 
production facilities;  The international ROOT Festival;  European Media 
Art Residency Exchange; Funding from the Arts Council  and Yorkshire 
Arts.  

HTBA offers exciting artistic and career opportunities for the right 
candidates:

Director

Provide new artistic and organisational vision and leadership, devise and 
implement policy, manage and develop the organisation. Provide creative 
strategies and finance, working with an ever increasing range of 
individuals and partners.

Business Development Manager

Offer practical advice and support to artists, designers and business.
Strategically develop business and resources.
Work with other agencies in the city on creative clustering.

Marketing Manager

Develop and implement a 3 year marketing plan for HTBA's projects, 
resources and explore marketing mix . Raise funds through corporate 
giving.  Develop HTBA's Membership.  Advise on marketing to artists, 
designers and business.  Promote HTBA, locally, nationally and 
internationally.

Education Worker

Audience and arts production development with schools, colleges and a 
range of communities, innovate around arts programme.
Develop on-line publishing and collaborate on training and placements.
