Re: <nettime> Cuba Tightens Its Control Over Internet

Although the information points at a reality foreseeable from the very
beginning of the internet "free" access outburst - the possibility to
efficiently control the net through its infrastructural components - I see
a loophole in the dark Cuban scenario, mentioned in the sentence bellow.
Any idea how those "cards" can be purchased and what typew of birocratic
control does that imply?
