I find the 'official' list of computer interface related art disappointing.

A quick short list that comes to my mind;
Killa Kallio, Mixed reality Pong
Blinkenlight by Blinkenlights (2001)
Internetband,  the Egg (1995)
Nikolas Roys, Pong Mechanik (2004)
Steven Greenwood, Woven Presents (1996)
Art buro DFM ,  various (1989 -'91)

And ofcourse my own works;
Stone Age Computer (1993),
MultiMedia Excess (1996) and
Power Pong (2001)
See also my oldie website (used to be a web sandbox for my installations in early internet days)

Even my list is too limited.
All above have in common that they are based on hardware and offer an interface to some sort of computer experience.
